Summer heat waves in America are no joke, am I right? Seriously, it's gotten so intense lately. I mean, we're talking triple-digit temperatures, and that's just not fun. This year, I'm determined to stay safe and be a little more eco-conscious while doing it. So, I've been looking into ways to beat the heat without completely wrecking the planet. First things first: hydration. Let's be real, chugging water like it's going out of style is key. I've also been experimenting with electrolyte drinks – they really help when you're sweating buckets. Speaking of sweating, I finally invested in a good quality fan. I know, I know, it sounds simple, but it's made a huge difference.
